How to Register

If your veterinary practice is registered with NVD®, your details can be automatically updated whenever they are changed at your veterinary practice. Please contact your veterinary practice to ask if they registered with NVD® and can offer this facility.

If your veterinary practice is not registered with NVD®, you can register and update your details via our website (www.nvds.co.uk) or our team is just a call away to support you with updating your details. To register your pet with NVD®, all you will need is the following information:

• Full name and address
• Contact telephone numbers
• Email address
• Emergency contact name and telephone (in case you are unavailable)
• Pet's name, date of birth, sex, species, breed and colour
• Pet’s medical conditions
• Pet’s unique microchip number

If your pet is registered with another database you can still register with NVD®.

It is your responsibility to ensure that we have the most up-to-date details about you and your pet.
